National Council of State Housing Agencies (NCSHA)

The National Council of State Housing Agencies (NCSHA) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization created by the nation's state Housing Finance Agencies (HFAs) more than 40 years ago to coordinate and leverage their federal advocacy efforts for affordable housing. What began as a small group of executive directors meeting annually has grown into a powerful national association and advocate for HFAs and affordable housing in Washington.

United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)

The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development's mission is to create strong, sustainable, inclusive communities and quality affordable homes for all. HUD is working to strengthen the housing market to bolster the economy and protect consumers; meet the need for quality affordable rental homes; utilize housing as a platform for improving quality of life; build inclusive and sustainable communities free from discrimination, and transform the way HUD does business.

United States Department of Agriculture - Rural Development (USDA-RD)

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development offer loans, grants and loan guarantees to support essential services such as housing, economic development, health care, first responder services and equipment, and water, electric and communications infrastructure. The USDA-RD help rural residents buy or rent safe, affordable housing and make health and safety repairs to their homes.
