National Council of State Housing Agencies (NCSHA)

The National Council of State Housing Agencies (NCSHA) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization created by the nation's state Housing Finance Agencies (HFAs) more than 40 years ago to coordinate and leverage their federal advocacy efforts for affordable housing. What began as a small group of executive directors meeting annually has grown into a powerful national association and advocate for HFAs and affordable housing in Washington.

United States Department of Agriculture - Rural Development (USDA-RD)

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development offer loans, grants and loan guarantees to support essential services such as housing, economic development, health care, first responder services and equipment, and water, electric and communications infrastructure. The USDA-RD help rural residents buy or rent safe, affordable housing and make health and safety repairs to their homes.
