Public input is critical to the process, so participants will be able to submit questions relative to the proposals through the on-line chat room while the hearing is in progress. As a result of the number of proposals to be presented, a strict time limit will be enforced for presentations so there is adequate time for the question-and-answer segment.

Pursuant to the HUD-approved Citizen Participation Plan, the U.S. Virgin Islands is required to conduct public hearings at various stages of the consolidated planning process.  The purpose of the hearings advertised herein will be to disseminate information to the public and to obtain feedback and input relative to the selected activities.

This year, in response to the COVID-19 health crisis and the continued practice of social distancing, the public hearings will be conducted using the virtual meeting platform, GoToMeeting.
