Bethlehem Village

The Bethlehem Village housing community is located mid-island in Estate Profit across the Melvin Evans Highway from The Renaissance Industrial Park and Diageo. The Bethlehem Village community consists of forty-eight (48) duplex buildings which totals to ninety-six (96) rental units. Each unit has three bedrooms and one bathroom.

Frits Lawaetz Complex

The Frits Lawaetz Complex rental community is located in Frederiksted adjacent to the Virgin Islands Legislature building.
